The notion of regular triangulations generalize the notion of Delaunay triangulations. A regular triangulation is defined on a set of sites which are weighted points, i. e., each site is a point associated with a scalar weight. One can define a weight-dependant distance function, called the power distance, between a point and a weighted point.
